Set within a gated, walkable, golf-cart-friendly community connected to Marina Bahía Golfito and Marina Village, yet fully private and residential, our boutique residences are designed in a tropical architectural language rooted in Golfito’s maritime and banana-era port legacy.
Three distinct model homes begin as 3-bedroom flex layouts with the option to expand to 4 bedrooms, all offering private pools, lush landscaping, generous indoor-outdoor living, and, depending on configuration, up to 3 primary suites. Turnkey delivery with optional furniture packages allows for effortless ownership from the start.
Intentionally residential in nature, Sanctuary offers a calm, low-density home base that remains connected to the marina without being defined by it.

Costa Rica is home to nearly 6% of the world’s biodiversity, and Golfo Dulce sits within one of the country’s most ecologically concentrated regions. As one of the few tropical fjords on earth, its deep, enclosed waters create unusually calm marine conditions bordered by rainforest, mangrove systems, and protected coastal corridors.
These waters support protected navigation, thriving fisheries, and year-round sportfishing that has produced 90+ world records. They also serve as a year-round marine wildlife sanctuary and seasonal refuge for humpback whales from July through November. The gulf is also a critical habitat within the Eastern Tropical Pacific, connected to a broader conservation network that includes Corcovado National Park, Piedras Blancas National Park, and the Golfito National Wildlife Refuge.
Here, biodiversity is not abstract. It shapes tides, seasonality, fishing grounds, and the daily rhythm of movement between coast and open water.

Ownership at Sanctuary includes access to Marina Bahía Golfito through MBG Marina Membership. The marina features 54 slips for vessels from 40’ to 350’ and the fastest fuel pump on the Pacific coast of Latin America.
Membership simplifies marina-connected living, supporting boating, daily logistics, and lifestyle services without obligation or complexity. Membership enhances ownership by offering access, coordination, and hospitality-led support, allowing residents and their guests to engage with marina life and the surrounding environment at their own pace.

Sanctuary, Boutique Residences is developed by Enjoy Group, a Costa Rican company with over 50 years of experience in the development, operation, and management of hospitality, gastronomy, and real estate projects. Founded in 1973 by Rubén Pacheco Lutz, the company grew from a small hotel operation in San José into a regional leader known for operational excellence, long-term vision, and a deep understanding of lifestyle destinations.
