Sanctuary, Boutique Residences is developed by Enjoy Group, a Costa Rican company with over 50 years of experience in the development, operation, and management of hospitality, gastronomy, and real estate projects. Founded in 1973 by Rubén Pacheco Lutz, the company evolved from a small hotel operation in San José into a regional leader recognized for operational excellence, long-term vision, and a strong understanding of lifestyle destinations.

MARINA BAHÍA GOLFITO
A STRATEGIC, LONG-TERM VISION
In 2017, Enjoy Group acquired Marina Bahía Golfito with the intention of reactivating Golfito’s historic role as a maritime gateway while preserving the environmental and cultural systems that define the region.
The focus was never rapid transformation. Instead, Enjoy Group pursued a phased, intentional strategy, restoring marina infrastructure, introducing Marina Village, elevating hospitality and service standards, and establishing the foundation for residential living that belongs here.
Sanctuary, Boutique Residences emerged as a natural extension of this long-term vision.
